(social impact business) dedicated to creating a ripple effect of impact around the world.

We do this by teaching, coaching, inspiring, and supporting women to
build confidence, land their dream job opportunities, achieve greater financial freedom,
and build wildly successful careers and businesses with impact.

We work with thousands of women, youth, non-profits, and impact organizations globally.

We provide high quality coaching programs, workshops & masterclasses,
speaking engagements, and resources that teach women invaluable skills and strategies
to land their dream job offers, achieve their goals, and build a career that they love.

We also have a global online community of women making a positive impact in the world.
Our community is filled with changemakers, non-profit & NGO professionals, feminists, sustainability champions, social entrepreneurs, digital marketing creatives, travel lovers,
human rights activists, book worms, and empathetic, kind, beautiful souls.
